A memorial tattoo for my G-ma. Vilda Chaya means wild animal in Yiddish (inspired Maurice Sendak to write “Where the Wild Things Are”). She wrote it for me and I had meant to get it when she was still with us. Never take time for granted. Ben at Deluxe Tattoo in Chicago did this for me and for that i’m grateful.

Super excited about this tattoo. I got it to mark one of my favorite bands a few days ago, and couldn’t be happier about it. Bomb the Music Industry has just recently broken up, so I felt it was a good time to honor them. Two breadsticks after the song Unlimited Breadsticks. Thomas from Kingstreet Tattoo in Cocoa, Florida did a great job on this piece!
This is my tattoo right after it was finished. (That’s blood in the eye.) It took about 5 hours to complete. It was a colaboration piece by Dan Pokorny and Jamie Henderson of Forsaken Ink in Bloomingburg, NY.
Original artwork by Sarah Andersen. Tattooed by Tim Austin in Norwalk, CT. :)
