My first tattoo. Its an ampersand in Cochin Bold Italic. I’m a graphic designer and I’ve always loved ampersands, particularly ones that look more like the Latin ”et” they represent. I am always so surprised when people don’t know what an ampersand is, when they’re so common! I love love love mine.

Artwork done by Steve at Trinity Tattoo in Longwood, Florida USA
My first tattoo. To remind me that all of the difficulties I’ll go through will make me a stronger person. To my fears and my accomplishments. Made by Leandro - Sao Paulo/Brazil.
My third tattoo which I got done in Sydney at Skin Deep on King Street, Newtown. Tattoo artist was the talented Clint Sf Bautista.
Both of my arms are compilations from some of the best artists on the West Coast. The artwork includes the cover image from AFI’s “The Art of Drowning,” two lighthouses on my left arm representing the dark and light sides of life, my late kitty’s paw print and name, and a gypsy with traditional roses and head dress.
The traditional Gypsy was made by Carlos Perez who now works at Royal Peacock Tattoo. The AFI piece was made by Rey J in Las Vegas. The rest of the pieces were from different shops in Reno, Nevada.
