My name is Emily Kibbe. I got this penrose triangle done by Steve Cacioppo at Keys on Kites in New Haven, CT. He was super chill and a sweet guy. I’m very happy to have worked with him.

I’ve was diagnosed with epilepsy when I was very young and was told that I would never outgrow my seizures. I am currently three years seizure free. The purple ribbon symbolizes epilepsy, and the anchor symbolizes the fact that I’ve never let it be something to hold me down.
Thanks to Pete from Rockstar Tattoo in West Allis, WI :)!!
A tribute to Harry Potter and this quote means a lot to me because I had depression two years ago and HP helped me to get over it. So the quote means that I got over it!!!
P.S. the original quote has “of times” in it and I changed it to “of the times” because it has another meaning to me.

This is my 10th tattoo and my most meaningful. I wanted to get a tattoo dedicated to the band that has helped me the most in life, Of Mice and Men. I drew the design myself and decided that the tattoo would have so much more meaning if I had the lead singer, Austin Carlile, write out the lyrics I wanted. The second time I met him, I had him write out “And now I sing for everything that I’ve lost. And now I scream for everything that I’ve loved” from The Storm since it’s my favorite song and is the song that has gotten me through the most out of all their songs. I got to show him the finished product on the 5th of February and I thought no one, besides me, could love the tattoo so much. I was wrong. He literally adored it! He was so happy with how it came out and couldn’t stop telling me how much he loved it. I’m literally so in love with it and I’m happy to share it with the world!
