My fourth tattoo, done by Matt Crocker at the Boston Tattoo Company in Somerville, MA. Moloch is for the meaning that I have taken from Allen Ginsberg’s poem “Howl” - it has very nearly saved my life. (me)

This tattoo means three things to me: On one hand “just be” is a statement that reminds me to simply exist. To not get caught up in the rest of the world’s expectations of me. On the other hand “real” is etched on the hand that I shake with. It always reminds me to be a man of my word and to be honest in all of my intentions. The two together “just be real” says to me that in a world where so many people try to be something they are not, this is a constant reminder to just be myself and to be as truthful and honest with myself and those around me as possible. With this, the hope that I can grow as a person and always learn from my mistakes and to be understand when others make them. Tattoo written by myself and inked on by Jory Helmes at Bully Boy Tattoos in Duncan, BC, CA.
Start of my sleeve. Death Star shoulder cap. Done by the fantastic Mike Johnston at Sin Alley in Pawtucket, Rhode Island.
