When I was younger, my Grandfather would always recite the poem, “O Captain! My Captain!” to me and my relatives. As time went on, I immediately made the connection of the poem to my Grandfather. If you’ve read the poem then everything in the tattoo just clicks. I got the tattoo done at Let It Bleed Tattoo Parlor in San Francisco, CA. Taler did an amazing job! This is my third tattoo and I am completely in love with it.

Love is greater than distance, love is greater than hate. In all things, love is greater. I got my tattoo done at American Graffiti in Brighton, MI by Chris. He did a great job! I’m a graphic designer, so clean lines are important, and he really made it look great.
