I grew up in a traditional Indian family. My grandmother always told me that the best gift God could ever give us was family, love, and happiness. I’ve always been connected to my roots, and have always loved all forms of art. I took the combination of Indian henna patternwork, which is in the design of a turtle. The turtle symbolizes happiness. I’m in love with this tattoo. It was done in Lockport, New York at The Black Pearl by Nick D’Angelo.
