“I love you” in my Dad’s handwriting and “forever & ever” in my Mom’s. They were taken from my 18th birthday card and a card my Mom gave me for Valentine’s Day this year.
My parents are two of the most important people in my life. Even though I’m not quite ready to be on my own and away from them yet, when the time comes, I’ll still have a part of them with me wherever I go reminding me that I’m loved.

This was done at Violet & Blues Tattoos in Orlando, FL. Done by Albert Diezhandino. Everything in this piece has it’s own meaning. The ship is me, in life (being the captain of my ship, etc.). Whilist trying to get to safety, salvation, and such (the lighthouse), there are many obstacles I must overcome. Hence, the serpent, rough waves, and storm. However, looking over me through my entire journey is my mother, which is the yellow rose.
Much respect for this tattoo artist and friend, this took three four-hour sessions to complete.
