This is my first session on my torso piece.  It is being done by the amazing Austin Grove who works and owns Evolution Tattoo in State College, PA.  He’s a great artist and a great person which is sometimes rare to find in this business.  I gave him the idea and he blew it away with flying colors.  This piece is eventually gonna tie into my chest piece and my in process sleeve work.  I’ll post again when it is finish.

I love trees. I knew that for my second tattoo I wanted a tree. My Brother was getting ready to deploy for Afghanistan, and before he left I wanted to get a tattoo with him. I wanted him to be there, holding my hand. The three birds represent me, my brother Travis, and my Brother Casey. We have grown up together, we have always been together..and I have had the hardest time growing up, and having them leave me. This tattoo is a tribute to us, to our life. We may fly away sometimes..but we will always come back to our tree, our home..and be together.

The meaning behind these tattoos is somewhat simple, The dove and the raven stand for good and evil which I believe we have a balance of both in us, the anchors to me stand for holding true to yourself, the quote is from the Bible, it stands for my religious background as a christian and I think its a pretty bad ass quote. I got my tattoos done at Randy Adams tattoo shop in Fort Worth Texas, by Randy Adams himself. I fully enjoyed getting these tattoos and the overall experience was amazing and fun, and I will say that I am addicted to tattoos now.
