My floral mandala by Ralph Corona at Code of Conduct in Chicago, IL.
A solid 4 hours of drilling my shin to get this masterpiece. Ralph is the boss.
I got very depressed a couple of years ago and had cut myself for a while. I always knew of the organization “To Write Love On Her Arms” that raises awareness of depression and self-harm, and I wrote “love” on my arm almost every day. Any time I’ve felt really down, it usually drifted back to me not feeling cared about. I never really feel good enough for people to truly care about me, even though I know there are people who do. I thought I would put a spin on writing “love” on my arm and add the “d” on the end to remind myself that I am indeed, loved. This is my first tattoo done by Matt at Hardline Tattoo in Monroe, WA. It’s a very chill environment, and he was very laid back about how much of a wimp I am. I had a good experience and it was quick and accurate. I am very pleased.
This is the raven tatt i got when i was on holidays. Got it done at King Of Ink in Southport, Queensland, in Australia the artist was Bradon Kelly. he recently just opened his own tattoo studio called OneOneEleven in Coolangatta, Queensland. Was done in a single 4 and half hour session. Great work!

Wanted a map of a utopian city similar to Mirror’s edge the video game and I came up with this
The lyrics are from Kill Hannah’s The Songs That Saved My Life. Music is so important to me, and I know it sounds clichéd, but they really have saved my life. This was done by Holly at INKognito, in Accrington, and she had to pause every few strokes because I kept laughing; it turns out tattoos on your ribs tickle :)
