This is the third tattoo I got. I got it done by Joseph Deegan who works in Spilled Ink in Dublin. It took nearly 3 hours. It’s on my calf, I have this and an anchor on the other calf. The significance of the two of them is basically that I’m the ship, I’m sailing through life, and that when something in life bad happens or something steers me in the wrong direction or tries to knock me down, I put down the anchor, I stand my ground, stand strong and deal with it. I live my life facing everything head on.
