I was diagnosed with OCD when I was 8. For some reason, part of the treatment was counting to ten when I felt a panic attack coming on, so that the “OCD Octopus” wouldn’t suffocate me. 
It’s a concept that really stuck with me. Now, I love them for their intelligence, their beauty and their adaptability.
