This is my first tattoo done at Identity Ink in Lubbock, Tx by Yoshi (best artist in the area as far as I’m concerned). The anchor is to represent hope and the crown is a tribute to my dad who died last year. The saying “Daylight is coming” is something that I am constantly reminding myself of and since my dad died it has been a thought that has really kept me going. Just looking at the tattoo makes me feel hopeful, which was why I wanted to get it in the first place :)
