This is a tattoo I got from the artist Nick Morte! He is an awesome tattoo-artist from Russia, but he does his tattooing here in Oslo. (Sorry for my bad English.) Well.. The picture is of my great grandma, the story behind it is as easy as this - I really miss her, I remember those days when I was in Sweden visiting her. Was maybe my favourit time of the year. Then she got sick and passed away. She never said anything negative about me, and was one of the most lovely persons I’d ever met! Really miss her.
The tattoo idèa I got when my mom came with this old-classic picutre of her, and I right away got the idea of an tattoo.. Which btw is my first tattoo. It’s on my left arm.
Later I noticed that one of the roses indicated one heart, and in the tattoo you also can see the shape of an “D”, which is the first letter in her name.
