Here’s my second and newest tattoo.  It’s the Silvercup Studio sign in Long Island City in Queens.  I’ve always been a big fan of signage, especially older signage and this is a great example of one.  When I cross the Queensboro Bridge or ride the train, I usually pass it on the back side.  I rarely see it from the front, so that’s why I had the tattoo done this way.  Plus it reads forwards when I see it in the mirror.
The tattoo is done by Dan (Bones) Bonara from Twelve28 Tattoo in Williamsburg.  Great guy and awesome work, as you can see here.
