My artist was Aaron Cutts whom I have known for years through a mutual friend, but never met face to face until I had this done yesterday (2/21/12). He has his own in-home, LEGIT shop, Heathen Ink, located in Farmer’s Branch, TX. I’ve been planning this tattoo since last May. The pentagram belongs to the band Oh, Sleeper but I couldn’t just get it tatted on me like so many of their fans (no disrespect). I wanted mine to be different and have multiple meanings. I chose to have an arrow with a steel head to make reference to “We Are the Archers” and “The Marriage of Steel and Skin”. This band has helped me with retaining my faith and giving me courage. Aaron did an amazing job and I would be delighted to have him as my default artist to go to.
