This is my lion and hare from the Aesop’s fable. I took a ladybird book my mum had as a kid in as a reference, and the artist added her own style, with oakey and floral bits from some of the other pages.I don’t like to give it too much “meaning”, but I really love the hare’s goofy face, even though he’s about to be eaten by a lion. It’s by Billie in The Studio in Affleck’s palace in Manchester, UK.It was my first, but two weeks later and I’m already planning an amazing sleeve to go around it :3 Awesome blog!
