My life has been full of shitty situations. And the ONE thing that EVERY situation has in common was the fact that each only got better once i’d decided to look at it in a different light. MENTAL ALCHEMY is the idea of turning negative experiences and looking at them in a positive light. This is my favorite tattoo and it is a constant reminder that I have no control over whether it rains or not, BUT i can definitely control whether or not I dress appropriately for the weather.
