These are two of six of my tattoos, my favorites, the most colorful, and the most meaningful. This picture was taken right after the tattoo on the left was finished. It was done by Holly Clouse at the Ink Link in Boone, NC. She is a young and very talented artist, and we customized both tattoos together.
The cage and carnivorous plants represent what I have been through, where I have come from; the owl is me, on a branch surrounded by beautiful flowers- where I am now. This is a reminder of how far I have come, how strong I am, and that things will always get better. I am so very emotionally attached to these tattoos, and I plan on getting many more just as beautiful.
