This is my first tattoo! I got it on my 18th birthday as a way of saying to the world that I was growing up and there was nothing anybody could do to stop me. It says “Forever and always” because my mom has always said she loves me forever and always. My mom is really sick and according to her doctor only has less than a year left to live. It covers up a scar that had been on my foot since I was 5 that was caused by my dad’s beer bottle breaking. So my tattoo is also representative of me putting my past behind me and covering it up with love.
