This tattoo is my first of many, and very symbolic to me, although the story I am about to tell you may seem the complete opposite. A couple of years ago, I was going through a very dark time in my life. My best friend showed me a picture of an old woman riding an alligator with the caption, “I just flew in, and boy is my alligator tired”. It was the first time I had genuinely laughed in months. And I laughed my pants off. So now, whatever happens to me and no matter how bad things get, I have this tattoo to remind me that I will always have the ability to laugh, and that makes me feel better than anything.
I got this little guy done at Pleasure in Pain by Nick Clattenburg, in Taunton, Massachusetts. Great dude, great tattoo, and that’s all you can really ask for, right?
