I’ve had this tattoo for a couple months now and never thought to submit it! This is my mother and I’s version of a “pinkie promise.” Ever since I was little my mother always said “ninja” when she had a big secret to tell to my little sister and I. We would lock our pinkies and continue with our lives, lips sealed. This past November, my mother had a horrible day cleaning skeletons from her closet and I wanted to cheer her up by letting her know that I loved her and I wanted to get something to truly show it. A week later we both decide to go under the needle and get matching tattoos to show our “promise” to each other. My mother is my support system and my best friend, so it was perfect. This scar we NEVER be regretted.
