I got this done at Brass Anchor Tattoo Lounge in Halifax, Nova Scotia by Greg Marsden :) I also have another tattoo, a half sleeve of flowers done by the same guy and I don’t think I’ll ever get another tattoo done by anyone else. Greg is amazing with his colour work and he’s just hilarious to spend time with. Its located on my right forearm.. I got an elephant because they are suppose to represent good luck and my luck is far from stellar at the moment. I got the butterfly like ears because Butterflies represent metamorphosis and change and thats what I want in my life. My father passed away in January and I had never met him, but always told myself that when I was 25 I would reach out to him… I’m 22 now and I never got that chance so this is also a little piece to remember him by :)
