I added the Los Angeles skyline to my arm to give myself a permanent memory of Summer 2010. A month later I added the Hollywood sign above it. Without a doubt, it has been the roughest Summer of my life, and Los Angeles/Hollywood was my escape away from it all. LA has and always will be my favorite city, and when ever things got heavy I’d always go for drives through downtown, the canyons, and the Hollywood sign. It helped me escape my problems for a little bit and just enjoy the beautiful scenery. So I thought it only made sense to get such a memorable moment in my life put on my arm forever, where I can always look down and remember that I got through the roughest Summer yet.
