This is a portrait of my friend Natalie Ciappa who passed away from an overdose in June of 2008. She was one of my best friends, a free spirit girl who was taken away from all of us because of addiction. I will always remember her as the fun-loving girl that she really was — her love for music, friends and life was incredible. I love the fact that I can see her face every day still.
