This is my very first tattoo on my right forearm, done by Sophie at Eight of Swords in Williamsburg, NY. This tattoo was a tribute to my Grandpa who passed away in 2011. I miss him dearly and this was so that I can always remember him when I look down at my arm. He was a man that loved to “bet on the ponies”…he’s betting at a racetrack in heaven right now. He also really loved squirrels and used to feed them at his apartment building so they would all flock to him. I believe he may even have been reincarnated into a squirrel. lol. He was a very sweet man, and very strong. I miss him with all my heart and hope that he’s proud of me.
