This is my oldschool rose which I got done today on my head(pardon the blood). I apprentice to pierce and eventually tattoo at the studio I’ve been going to for all my work since I was much younger. Making the commitment to a head piece was a hard decision, but ultmatly I can always grow my hair back out, and I already own wigs I wear for fashion purposes.
I wanted to celebrate classic american tattooing, the roots of the art I hope to pratice. It was done by the amazing artist and talented teacher John Baldwin at Revelation Studios, just outside philly.
