I submitted this tattoo about a week ago but it wasn’t a very good picture of it and Id like to resubmit now that its healed. This is my poppy flower done by Chuck at Tattooville in Neptune, New Jersey. I chose the poppy for two reasons. Number one being that all my life I have always been obsessed with The Wizard of Oz and this is the start to my half sleeve tribute. The flower is pink and purple instead of the usual red because I never color anything the color it’s supposed to be. Also, when Dorothy is sleeping in the poppy field, the flowers surrounding her are pink and purple. The second reason for choosing the poppy is because it is the flower of death. I  am obsessed with dying/dead things. This is my sixth and favorite tattoo. I couldn’t be happier or more grateful to Chuck.
