This is the progression of my latest and biggest tattoo. It’s a tribute to my grandmother. She served during WWII as a code reader with the WRCNS. She is still an active “Wren”, going to schools an teaching the history of women in the navy, as well as marching with the troops at navy events and especially at Remembrance Day services. I’ve always been very proud of her history and decided to get this in her honour. http://www.navalandmilitarymuseum.org/resource_pages/pavingtheway/wrcns.html
The tattoo only took about 4 hours in total, but two sittings. It was done by the awesome Ty Austin at Victory Industries in Toronto. www.tattoosbyty.com I’m definitely getting more from him and I’d recommend him to anyone out there.
