This is my very first tattoo, and probably will not be my last. Its located on the side of my ribcage though it’s hard to tell in this picture. My grandma died in October of 2003 from breast cancer so I knew I always wanted to get a tattoo in memory of her. On every birthday card I received from her she would sign it “Love and Kisses, Grandma and Poppy”. Even though she has passed away my poppy continues to sign all of mine and my cousins cards the same way that she used to. I had this tattoo done in her handwriting which makes it even more special to me. I went to Lucky Cat Tattoo in Mt. Saini, Long Island NY and I would DEFINITELY recommend anyone that lives on Long Island to check them out. I absolutely LOVE the way it came out and I’m excited to have a new special way to celebrate my grandma and how much she meant to me.
