This is my seventh tattoo, and my second submission to FYT!. When I walked into the tattoo shop I had been advised to go to, I was without a clue of what I really wanted, but a very specific idea in my head that I couldn’t create on my own. But Sara, the Goddess of Tattoos, literally took my extremely vague idea of “A telescope, this quote, and a unique twist on traditional style tattooing” and turned it into a masterpiece. The quote reads “My thoughts are stars I cannot fathom into constellations”. This represents my inability to process what I really want to say in everyday conversations. I have always had a hard time constructing what I really want to say, and this quote also relays my undying love for everything space related (hence the telescope). Sara is now my only artist, after months of mediocre artists, or ones that I just didn’t vibe with. This was done at Flaming Dragon Tattoo in Tacoma, WA.
