My late grandma got me started on my obsession with elephants at a young age. She gave me my first marble elephant figurine. When she passed, I got all of her elephant-themed belongings. Everywhere I go around the world, I pick up an elephant, so it felt right to get this tattooed on me at some point in my life. :)
Though it’s on my ribs, it was surprisingly not as painful as I thought it would be! And it’s definitely healing well. Alex did a great job.
