a very wonderful artist by the name of mikey lehman(age:23) at ink 66 in columbus, GA did this custom pokemon piece for me. this is only my second tattoo. being very sheltered as a child, i grew up in a very rough neighborhood. all through out school, i had VERY few friends, i was picked on, bullied, beat up, cussed at, all because of my weight. when i was eight years old i was obsessed with the pokemon craze, in fact, the only presents at christmas presents from my youth i fondly remember were pokemon games. i was not very active as a child i barely got out of the house because we lived in such a bad neighborhood, whenever i came home from school, on rough days, the first thing i always did was flip on my gamebot and play pokemon. this was my escape, this was my comfort, pokemon was my childhood. and this is why i have this tattooed on me, this is the only thing from my childhood i ever really cared about, was the game that took my mind off of everything else going on around me.
