I got this tattoo about two years ago, not only because of my disgusting obsession with cats but also as a tribute to my first cat love, Tigger. I asked my friend to draw a picture of my cat from a photo, and took it to Wayne’s Tattoo World in New Hampshire, where they took the drawing and spent an hour tattooing it on my forearm forever. Now I am “that girl with the cat tattoo,” or as my friend calls it, “cattooed.” Tigger is a maine coone cat that I found in the woods of NY when I was 8 or 9 and who has lived with me ever since. He is roughly the size of a small dog and talks more than I do.
