Growing up I never really had a relationship with my Dad because he was addicted to drugs and alcohol since my mother met him. The only thing I do remember was how he was covered head to toe in shitty tattoos from “his gang” and jail. He had a black panther head on his forearm that I remember so well. After he passed away in February I knew right away I wanted to get the same thing for my dad. It turned out so beautifully! I was so amazed and I still am. Now, every time I look down at my feet, I see him. He’ll always be walking with me.
After, I got it I told my mom and she said to me, “The only reason he has that tattoo is because he covered up my name!”
