These are our first tattoos.  They are the Kanji symbols for husband (right) and wife (left). My newly husband and I got them the second day after our wedding. We both worked in media at the time and have seen/heard all the stories about people not getting the meaning of the symbols “mixed up”.  That being said, we had researched them over and over to get them right. They are located so that when we are in bed together they touch. Art done by Bill Dawson at Caribbean Connection Jax Beach Florida. The shoot is from a “lovers shoot” done a few weeks later by Clearly In Focus (clearlyinfocus.com)
