this is my tree of life and it’s my very first tattoo! i love the idea of the circle of life, as well as ‘remembering your roots’ (hence the roots touching the branches). i also got this for my father’s love of religion and a few other very personal reasons. i love it so much, and would definitely do it again, even in spite of the pain. took about 3 1/2 hours. a huge thanks to my fantastic artist, Saraloni at Club Tattoo in Tempe, AZ. she is crazy talented and i will for sure be going back for more!
