this is just the linework for now. it’s a blue jay. blue jays were very common when i was a little kid, but there’s not many around anymore. they represent my childhood greatly to me. he’s flying out of a thicket of dead thorns, kind of as a way of saying “alright, im out of here; out of all this harmful bad shit that i’ve been through.” two dead roses - mike rossi & mike mick (RIP) - two great influences from when i was younger.
