This is my second tattoo, and it was done traditionally with bamboo at Dejavu Tattoo in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Its the symbol of the Om, a symbol in Buddhism that represents a sound that is considered the most sacred mantra. To me, the Om represents inner peace, a daily reminder to be at peace with myself. This picture was taken right after it was done.
