This is my Tree of Life. The roots symbolize my past and my depression sagging down, the limbs represent my future and growing, and the trunk is my heart and my being. This tree marks my sobriety in life. It is a symbol of originality within my family in the sense that I’m the first to go to college, first too not be in rehab/ addicted to drugs. No two trees are the same, as well as no two humans are. This tree is who I am.
