Onward and Forward. It’s been a little over one month since I left the psych hospital. I am currently in outpatient treatment, and I call it my “recovery” It’s been exactly one month since I have self harmed. I still have a long road ahead of me. Suicidal thoughts to battle and an eating disorder to conquer. It gets difficult, but I let positivity rule me. I’ll always keep moving - onward and forward.
