This is my first tattoo ever and I got it from Mike Shaw at Artistic Skin Designs in Avon, Indiana. It’s Latin (because my name has Latin origins) and it means fortitude (mental and emotional strength in facing difficulty, adversity, danger, or temptation courageously). It’s just a reminder to myself that I can get through things and that I refuse to give up.
