The outline is an original piece drawn by my friend Stanley. My grandfather passed away almost a year ago on December 5, 2011. The hummingbird, although vicious, was a beautiful bird in my grandfather’s eyes. He used to sit on the porch every day that he could so he could watch the hummingbirds. I got this as my first tattoo so that there would be a part of him with me at all times. I got this done at Sacred Ink in Bristol, VA by Dave Cooper.
