This is my first tattoo done by Melissa Hale in Winter Haven, Florida. It’s the lyrics from the Beatles’ song “Blackbird” and it has two meanings for me. The most important meaning behind it is that my dad would always sing it to me—even now that I’m almost 19 years old. It’s also a tribute to the Beatles, my favorite band, and my favorite song by them. I relate to the song in so many ways and I couldn’t be happier with the tattoo itself.
Melissa “Missy” Hale does a wonderful job and she is just a wonderful person overall. I highly recommend her.
