This is about 6 hours old at the time of the picture. I got this tattoo because I am a CODA (child of deaf adults). I grew up without speaking english for about 4ish years. Deaf culture is a HUGE part of my life even though I’m hearing. I got a picture of my dad doing the sign for ‘L’ and got a portrait of his hand. Its also a bit of a tribute to him because he adopted me and raised me like his own.
