you can’t tell, but the wave wraps around my shoulder. this tattoo is actually a family tattoo. my mom & brother have the wave, but not the flower, they have tigers instead. the wave symbolizes the ocean. we spent alot of our time at the beach when we were younger. the trips stopped a couple years after my parent’s divorce, but i still try to go. we were either fishing, camping, or just there. tons of memories were made & many fish were caught. i also have a love the ocean & the creatures that live in it. i picked the lotus for it’s meaning & because every house that we’ve moved to, my mom has built a pond always filled with koi fish, & water lilies/lotuses.
