This is my jellyfish tattoo, the design was entirely drawn by myself, the jellyfish has played an important role in my life thus far, and I have several personal meanings that I attach to it’s form, I long to live freely of my stress and worry issues, and the jellyfish has always been a symbol of relaxation, beauty, and whimsical mystery. While working on the design I didn’t want my version of the jellyfish to look perfect, as I am human and flawed, but what is now etched into my skin is perfect in it’s imperfection, and I couldn’t be happier. My ink was done yesterday at The Fall, in Vancouver B.C, by the talented Nomi Chi.
