I got this tattoo on November 2nd 2010 done by Cerny at Steady Tattoo in Minneapolis for the women in my family.
The crab apple blossoms are for my great grandma and grandma. My great grandma had this tree in her front yard and my grandma has had a huge impact on my development, and has been someone to depend on (like a tree).
The peony is for my mom. She is a big personality and the lake we would walk around when i was young had a beautiful garden full of peonies.
The rose is for my middle name and favorite flower.
The baby’s breath is for my dad as well as my future child. Whenever he would come home with a bouquet for my mom, I would get the baby’s breath. It is over my shoulder to remind me every day there is something to look forward to.
