This was my first tattoo ever. I got a tattoo of a crane because they represent a lot to me. Rarity, freedom, and beauty mostly, but also a song that I hold dear is the Crane Wife by the Decemberists. This is the original photo: They experimented on me to get the watercolor effect. I think they did a pretty great job. Definitely not my last tattoo.
