Besides being an amazing book itself, it also helped me a lot. My grandfather died last October. When I read this book, it had been only two months since. I never really said goodbye to him, and my godmother told me that he kept asking about me. I regret so much not going to visit him at the hospital… The book is about loss, about family and about dealing with both.
