This is my first tattoo. I had over a year of severe depression and one day my mom told me that it would get better. She said “just when the caterpillar thought the world was over, it became a butterfly.” I worked hard, dug myself out of the hole, and am now a happy butterfly.

I got it at Salvation Tattoo Lounge on Miami Beach by the awesome Ken Monico.

I got this piece at a tattoo convention in Miami yesterday.
My husband and I both got versions of the same anchor because we keep each other grounded. We both have a tendency to hit the ‘self-destruct’ button on our lives from time to time and we’re the only people we know who can pull each other back from the brink before we go off the rails.

The flowers are symbolic of a special friend of the family who pretty much raised me. She was a member of the church where Josh and I met and was very encouraging of our relationship when everyone else told me it was a bad idea and I was wasting my time with him. She passed away a few years ago, so I’m paying tribute to her, too, because pink carnations were her favorite flowers. <3

This is my new tattoo done by J.D. Kittell at Ocala Tattoo in Ocala, Florida. I recently moved to Florida, I have many other tattoos from Ohio where I used to live, so I’d been looking around for a place to go. I stopped a girl who had beautiful tattoos & asked her where she’d gotten them and she referred me to J.D., I’m SO happy with his work & he isn’t heavy handed so that is great. I couldn’t believe he is so good & only 21 years old! 

This is my very first tattoo and the only one I have at the moment. I just got it colored a couple of days ago when me and my best friend were visiting Orlando again. I love the ocean especially jellyfish and I really want to study them sometime in the future so I thought this would suit me well. I loved my artist too, he was very considerate and a total Dubstep lover like me! I got it done at The Copper Fox Tattoo Co in Kissimmee, FL by Berol Bong Su. 

I got this a few weeks ago. The picture was taken right after I got it so that’s why it’s a little red. I got an eiffel tower because it’s my favorite structure in the world. It also represents my wanting and love for traveling. I got it done at Artistic Soul in Ormond Beach, Fl.  My artist was named Josh. He did an amazing job and i’m still obsessed with it now.
